VOL'S TAYLOR GROVES HONORED AS NJCAA DIVISION I BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Vol State's Taylor Groves was named this past week as the NJCAA Division I Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the week of November 13-19.

In two games, Groves averaged 20.5 points a game with 7.5 rebounds, 6 assists, and 2.5 steals a games.

The Pioneerssplit their games during the week.  Groves had 11 points, four rebounds, one assist,a nd two steals in a 65-62 loss to Columbia State.  

In their 73-64 win over Motlow State, he had 30 points to go with 11 rebounds, 11 assists, and 3 steals.
