CHATT STATE'S WILLIAMS, ROANE'S TIDOR NAMED NJCAA ALL AMERICANS

The NJCAA announced the 2023-24 All-Amerians for the 2023-24 basketball season.  Chatt State's James Williams and Roane State's Sebastian Tidor were both honored from the TCCAA.  

Williams, who was named the TCCAA Player of the Year as well as Offensive Player of the Year, was named to the NJCAA All-American 2nd team.  He helped the Tigers to a 22-8 overall record and a NJCAA Region VII/TCCAA Tournament Runner-up this past seasonn.  He was the Tigers' leading scorer at 21.4 points a game ass he shot almost 56% from the floor.  He also averaged 7 rebounds, 6.6 assists, and 1.8 steals a contest for the season.

Tidor, a TCCAA First Team selection this season, was named the NJCAA All-American 3rd team.  He was the leading scorer for the Raiders at 22.6 points a game as hel led the his team to a 22-7 overall record.  He also pulled down 6.7 rebounds to go with 2.8 and 1.3 steals a game this past sason.
