With the 1998-99 season the TCCAA established the All Sports Award, which is now known as the R. Foster Chason Commissioners Cup. Each year there is a season-long competition whereby points are given for how each school finishes each sport in the final regular season conference standings. Additional points are awarded for postseason performances as well. This award is given annually to the institution that comes out on top of this points based system.
